Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Clockwork Outbound ("Clockwork," "we," "us"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Clockwork on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.
1. The service
Clockwork is a done-for-you outbound service for fire and life safety contractors. We draft a targeting profile you approve, then reach property managers and building owners on your behalf with plain-text email sent from infrastructure we operate, handle replies, and book meetings. We are not a law firm, a compliance authority, or a fire-protection service provider; we book meetings between you and prospects.
2. Pricing and billing
- Platform fee: $349 per month. It starts at your first send, not at signup, so setup and warm-up weeks are not billed.
- Meeting credits: prepaid, at $175 each in packs of five or $150 each in packs of ten.
- First meeting is free.
- Credits do not expire. A purchased credit remains available until it is used.
- Auto-refill is available and optional; you control whether it is on.
3. What counts as a meeting that happened
A credit is consumed only when a meeting actually happens: it was delivered, attendance was verified, and the evidence bundle (booking record, confirmation, and the message thread) is complete. Nothing short of that consumes a credit. Sends, replies, and bookings that do not result in a verified meeting are not billed.
4. Disputes and no-shows
If a booked meeting does not happen, or you believe a meeting was billed in error, you may dispute it. Resolved disputes are settled by re-crediting your account, not by cash refund. This keeps disputes simple and fast.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and business information.
- Use the service only for lawful, business-to-business outreach related to your fire and life safety services.
- Honor meetings you accept, and handle prospect information you receive responsibly.
6. Sending, exclusivity, and reputation
We send from domains we own and operate, never from your website domain. Your dedicated sending domain is exclusive to you while you are a client; it is never shared with another client, and if you leave, it is retired rather than reused. We operate the service within hard sending limits described on our deliverability page, and those limits are not adjustable per client.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Clockwork to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited consumer email, to impersonate others, or to contact anyone who has opted out. We may pause or terminate service that puts deliverability, recipients, or our infrastructure at risk.
8. No guarantee of results
Outbound results depend on your market, your offer, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of meetings, reply rates, or revenue. Any figures shown on our site describe our operating limits and pricing, not promised outcomes.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; there is no long-term contract. On cancellation, sending stops and your dedicated sending domain is retired. Unused credit balances are handled as described in your account at the time of cancellation.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to clients. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state identified in your order or account (to be finalized). Questions: support@clockworkoutbound.com.
