What counts as a meeting that happened
Three things have to be true before a credit moves. If any one of them isn't, you aren't charged.
- Meeting deliveredBooked on the calendar, with the time held.
- Attendance verifiedWe confirm both sides were there.
- Evidence completeThe booking, the confirmation, and the thread it came from.
- Then, and only thenOne credit is used.
If the property manager doesn't show, the credit comes back and we go find you another one. If your side misses it, it still counts, because the meeting was delivered and someone was sitting there waiting.

What if I don't get any meetings in a month?
Then you pay the $349 platform fee and nothing else. Credits are only used up by meetings that happen, and your first meeting is free.
Do the credits expire?
No. A credit you buy stays available until it's used, whether that's this quarter or next year.
What happens if a meeting no-shows?
Depends which side. If the property manager doesn't show, you dispute it, the credit comes back, and we go find you another one. If your own side misses it, it still counts, because we delivered the meeting and someone was there waiting. Disputes are settled in credits, not cash, which keeps it fast and simple.
Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel any time. When you leave, sending stops and your dedicated domain is retired, not handed to someone else.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. Setup and the warm-up weeks are free, the $349 starts at your first send, and the only other cost is the per-meeting credit.
